Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@maisonliliane.store with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover a free replacement or refund within 7 days, with photos. Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
